ZWOW #5?? No problem! :) 10 minutes of 4 different exercises. It was intense but definitely not as hard as the ones prior to this. It still felt really good. I did 4 rounds exactly. I was on my last burpee when my timer beeped. 10 Bicep curls using 8lb. weights
30 Mountain climbers (I did not use the medicine ball because I don't have one).
10 Sumo dead lifts and high pull
5 Competition Burpees. I was able to do 4 whole rounds of all sets before my timer went off. How did you do? ;)
