First of all, it was cold out this evening. Second of all, it was WINDY. And third, its manure spreading season and the smell outside is ripe. But I toughed it out nonetheless!

ZWOW #5?? No problem! :) 10 minutes of 4 different exercises. It was intense but definitely not as hard as the ones prior to this. It still felt really good. I did 4 rounds exactly. I was on my last burpee when my timer beeped. I did the same amount of rounds as Zuzana but I'm pretty sure her weights are heavier than mine. :) Here is the link to the workout:

And here are some pictures of me doing the workout courtesy of my awesome photographer, my 7 year old daughter, Peyton. (I apologize for the horrible setting in the background. I do daycare and that is what it looks like by the end of the day. lol)

10 Bicep curls using 8lb. weights
30 Mountain climbers (I did not use the medicine ball because I don't have one).

10 Sumo dead lifts and high pull
5 Competition Burpees. I was able to do 4 whole rounds of all sets before my timer went off. How did you do? ;)

I hope you all had a happy Easter. I'll leave you with a picture of my 2 beautiful daughters in their Easter dresses....and our guinea pig in an Easter basket. Enjoy!

Good luck!

  1. Like you, I do (sometimes) my Zwow workouts outside because the neigboor that lives under my apart don't like it very much when I jump in my appartment!

    1. Haha! I can understand that. :) I just enjoy the outdoors when working out so much more than being stuck inside. There is just something about it. Kind of like running on a trail vs. running on a treadmill. Love the outdoors! :) Thanks for the comment.
