So I skipped a workout last night which means I took two nights off this week. Not in a row though, which makes it a little better. I have been so tired lately. I've been going to sleep pretty late and getting about 5 1/2 hours of sleep, which I know, is not enough. I'm feeling it too. I am exhausted right now! Again.
I plan on taking a nap and working out when I get up. I know that is a recipe for failure tonight, but I'm pretty sure I've got it in me to get my ass moving after my nap. I can NOT miss another night. So I will update you either tonight or tomorrow with a blog telling you all about ZWOW #13! Take care!
