ZWOW #34

Hey everyone! I had an amazing day today! I hope you all did too! No time to work out but yesterday I did ZWOW #34 and it was killer!

Here is the link to the workout I did:
Beg For It To End

This workout consisted of 
20 Squat Hops
20 Bent Over Rows
20 Walking Lunges
20 Plank Pulls

3 Rounds for time.

I used 8 lb. weights for the first 3 exercises and a 25 lb. weight for the Plank Pulls. I managed to finish 3 rounds in 14 minutes and 9 seconds!

ZWOW #33

Hey guys and gals! 

I have to say, I am pretty damn proud of myself for sticking with the workouts and counting my calories! I've been doing the workouts every other day. Today I will do ZWOW #34 but in the mean time I will show you my results of Friday's workout!

Here is the link to the workout I did:
Sexy Spy Workout

It consisted of 
10 Side Lunge Burpees
10 Pulse Squat Jumps
10 James Bond Lunges
15 Side Plank Leg Lifts (each side)
Do as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes!

Well, I am proud to say I finished 3 rounds! I had just finished one leg for the leg lifts when my timer went off. I couldn't just stop there so to finish off the full round I had to tack on 24 more seconds. So, all in all, I did 3 rounds in 15 minutes and 24 seconds. Yay! 

It was a beautiful day, but hot! So I put on some WarriorZ gear, found a shady spot and got to work! So happy to be able to workout outside again!

ZWOW #32 Show Me Your Strength

Good morning! 

I did this workout the same day I posted the last two posts. 

Yesterday, although I wasn't planning for it to be this way, I took the day off. Basically, I just had a really bad day.  I thought maybe going for a jog would ease my mind but I have a really hard time coming down when things get rough and jogging seemed laughable. I may have mentioned this before. I definitely have on my youtube channel, but I was diagnosed with Bi Polar disorder and have had issues with cutting for years. Although it is rare for me to self injure these days, it is still a strong urge that takes over me and nothing seems to bring me down but that. I'm proud to say I did not hurt myself yesterday but working out was the last thing on my mind. 

Anywho. :) Today should be a better day. If you follow me on MyFitnessPal you'll see that my diet was ridiculous yesterday. LOL. But I still finished under my calorie goal.

So, ZWOW 32 consisted of:

60 Side Hops
10 Chair Dips
10 Broad Jumps
5 Thrusters
10 Russian Twists

3 Rounds for time.

I managed to finish in 11 minutes and 3 seconds. I started the Thrusters with 20 lb. weights but quickly switched to 10 lbs. instead. 20 lbs. was way too hard for me. After the workout Zuzana suggested running a mile which I would have done, but I had to get going to celebrate my daughter's 9th birthday at her dad's new house. Such is life. :) Maybe I'll run the mile today. We'll see. Here are some pics of the exercises!

My Life... (Lots of pictures!!)

I last posted in March and I wanted to catch you all up on my life since then. :)

As most of you know, I am going to Paul Mitchell The School to earn my Cosmetology license. 

As of now, my graduation date is set for the beginning of November, depending on if I miss any hours or make up any hours. :) Although it keeps me busy, I have a ton of fun with my Paul Mitchell girls!

Ok. So that was a bit of picture overload but I seriously love these girls! They make school so much fun! 

Back to updates; I got a job at a high end day spa in my area!!! Right now I am the Spa Assistant and will soon be training to be a Service Desk Coordinator! I can't express how excited I am! This pretty much guarantees me a job after I get my license. I absolutely love it there!

Friends...kind of. They are still getting used to each other. 

I was busy for awhile with Presley's dance recital which she did amazing at!

And we have been jet skiing and camping whenever we have the time...which hasn't been often enough.

I just checked the zuzkalight website and noticed that her workouts cost money now. :( So I will mainly stick with the free ones. There are 70 so that should be fine. I think her site is worth the money but I am trying my best to save right now. I have a wedding, school loans and my board certification all coming up. We are cutting out spending as much as we can.
