Well, Zuzana has not come out with ZWOW #15 yet, so I went back to the first one and my goal was to beat my personal best in time.
If you don't remember, when I did this the last time, I had an inflamed rib cage (or something like that, lol). So I had skipped the push up in the burpees. This time I did all of the push ups and I still beat my time! :) I had to modify the dive bombers. I was able to do about 2 normal ones and then I had to get down to my knees. I only had to modify my burpee push ups on the last round by doing them on my knees. My time about 3 weeks ago: 26 Minutes and 45 seconds
My time today: 21 minutes and 45 seconds
Let me just add that Zuzana's time was 24 minutes and 3 seconds!! I beat her!! BUT I did sissy dive bombers and I certainly don't go down as low as she does for my pistol squats. Still pretty damn exciting!!!

So pretty happy about tonight's work out! I had a busy day and I still fit it in. I skipped making dinner, since my kids aren't here, just so I could get this work out in. When Jim came home and was forced to fend for himself, you would have thought he never stepped foot into a kitchen before. Jeez. LOL.
