ZWOW #15


So I did not get a chance to blog the past few days, but I definitely did the ZWOW #15 on Friday! I was so excited for the new routine! Unfortunately, I did not work out on Saturday or today. Saturday was very busy. I had absolutely no time to work out, literally. But today I could have made time. I just didn't. And I feel crappy about it. I was on a roll with cleaning and organizing and I just put it off until it was too late. So this is the first time since I started that I skipped 2 days in a row!! Ugh. And tomorrow is weigh in and new pictures! Yikes. We'll see how that goes. My diet has not been spectacular either but it hasn't been too bad...

On a more positive note; I beat Zuzana's time on the last workout!!!! She used 15 lb. weights and mine were 8 lbs. so I'll cut her some slack. :) 

The workout consisted of:
10 Ground To Overheads
10/10 Single Leg Weighted Squats
10 Skull Crushers
10 V.Ups
10 180 Lateral Jump Burpees

5 Rounds for time

My time was 25 minutes and 43 seconds! Yay!!! Those 180 Lat. Jump Burpees were crazy! Here is the link to the workout:

  1. Wow! This was more than 15 inches for the 180 lat jump?! I did it but my box was only 6 inches high!

  2. Yep. The books were stacked up to 15 inches almost exactly. Hey 6 inches is something! :) So glad to see that someone else is doing these workouts too! Good luck!
