My Food Journal (5-8-12)

Here is everything that is written in my food journal today. Don't judge me. LOL! I'm not a professional nor am I perfect. :)


7:30
1 Cup of coffee with vanilla soy milk
1 Bowl of Total cereal w/ skim milk


9:25
1/2 Banana


11:00
1 Bowl of home-made white chicken chili w/ a little bit of shredded cheese on top.
1 Fat free Yoplait yogurt


12:35
1 Small can (5.5 fl. oz.) Spicy Hot V8
























1:30
1 Serving of Special K sea salt cracker chips


3:00
20 oz. Mocha (FAIL!)


5:45
2 Turkey burgers on 7 grain Deli flats w/ lettuce and light mayo.
1 serving of brussel sprouts
1 banana























8:20
1 serving of Wheat Thins (Reduced Fat)


8:45 
1 Cup of herbal tea


I drink water with every meal and keep track of how much I drink. I have these great cups that are 24 oz. each.






















Today I drank 4 full cups.

    So you eat every 2-3 hours!
    Do you feel hungry? do you have a cheat meal? when is this?

    1. Yeah. I guess I do. LOL. I don't try to do that, but that does seem to be my trend. I don't think I did a really good job yesterday but I still write everything. Like, I should've just had one turkey burger instead of two. lol. I do feel hungry. That's when I snack on the low calorie healthy snacks. Or sometimes I realize I'm not really hungry I just have the urge to eat. In that case I make a cup of tea or I chew some gum. :) I dolet myself, every once in awhile eat something bad. And this usually happens when we go out to eat. I will not eat fast food though! And I rarely drink soda anymore.
