Here is everything that is written in my food journal today. Don't judge me. LOL! I'm not a professional nor am I perfect. :)
1 Cup of coffee with vanilla soy milk
1 Bowl of Total cereal w/ skim milk
1 Bowl of home-made white chicken chili w/ a little bit of shredded cheese on top.
1 Fat free Yoplait yogurt
1 Small can (5.5 fl. oz.) Spicy Hot V8
1 Serving of Special K sea salt cracker chips
20 oz. Mocha (FAIL!)
2 Turkey burgers on 7 grain Deli flats w/ lettuce and light mayo.
1 serving of brussel sprouts
1 serving of Wheat Thins (Reduced Fat)
1 Cup of herbal tea
I drink water with every meal and keep track of how much I drink. I have these great cups that are 24 oz. each.
Today I drank 4 full cups.
