Well, I pounded out the new ZWOW last night and let me tell you, today, My back and shoulders are so sore!! Those wall walks were incredible! Here is the link to the workout I did:

5 Wall Walk
10/10 Wall Lunges
15/15 Plank Wall Touches
20/20 Wall Sit With March
As many rounds as you can in 12 Minutes
I was on my third round of Plank Wall Touches when my timer went off. I got to 5 Plank Wall Touches. So, not quite 3 rounds but more than 2! Best part about it, that is about as far as Zuzana got! She was at 13 Plank Wall Touches when her time was up!! Yay!
