Well, its the dreaded weigh-in day...but I was optimistic because I have been dieting since last Monday. Basically, I've been eating a ton of veggies, very lean meats like turkey and grilled chicken. I also have been eating fish. I've cut out red meat and keep snacking to a minimum. It has been SO hard but my food journal has helped a lot. Also, I have a 24 oz. water bottle that I refill throughout the day. I usually get about 3-4 full bottles down by the end of the day...The only time I cheated was Saturday night. We went out to eat at a fancy shmancy restaurant and I got the crab stuffed salmon in lobster sauce. oi. It was DELICIOUS though. LOL.
So my weight today? 139 lbs!!!!!! I lost 11 lbs! In one week! I seriously had to call Jim and ask him if he messed with the scale. He didn't and I really lost that much weight! So I tried on my jeans that I've been avoiding and they fit!!!!!!!!
I can't even describe how happy I am. I really worked hard this past week and it so paid off. But that doesn't mean I can start slacking. I'm sticking to the diet and workouts and hopefully by next weigh-in I will have gotten down to my goal weight!
