5 Week Weigh In!

Good morning!

Well, its the dreaded weigh-in day...but I was optimistic because I have been dieting since last Monday. Basically, I've been eating a ton of veggies, very lean meats like turkey and grilled chicken. I also have been eating fish. I've cut out red meat and keep snacking to a minimum. It has been SO hard but my food journal has helped a lot. Also, I have a 24 oz. water bottle that I refill throughout the day. I usually get about 3-4 full bottles down by the end of the day...The only time I cheated was Saturday night. We went out to eat at a fancy shmancy restaurant and I got the crab stuffed salmon in lobster sauce. oi. It was DELICIOUS though. LOL. 

So my weight today? 139 lbs!!!!!! I lost 11 lbs! In one week! I seriously had to call Jim and ask him if he messed with the scale. He didn't and I really lost that much weight! So I tried on my jeans that I've been avoiding and they fit!!!!!!!! 

I can't even describe how happy I am. I really worked hard this past week and it so paid off. But that doesn't mean I can start slacking. I'm sticking to the diet and workouts and hopefully by next weigh-in I will have gotten down to my goal weight!

    1. Thank you! I couldn't believe it. I'm back up again today which made me wonder if my scale is messed up, but I've had a couple people say it is probably just water retention...We'll see. :)

  2. I have been a lurker of your blog as what you are doing is what I am doing as well. Sometimes it takes us weeks until we see that dip in the scale and thats what you saw! previously you there was no weight loss but all together showed this week and you have been amazing!!! congrats!! you deserve it!! I am also a ZWorrior myself and I love Zuzana and her workouts!!

    Keep it up!! Just wanted to ask you if you could write down your food journal to have an idea of what is that you eat and when? just curious!! :D
