Food Journal (5-15-12)

We were pretty much on the go all day and evening so this is how I managed:

16 oz. Coffee w/skim milk

1 bowl of Kashi Go Lean Cereal w/ skim milk

Grilled chicken Ceaser salad from McDonald's (blah. The only choice I had at the time)

Tall Skinny Vanilla Latte (Starbucks)

1/2 Cup of low fat cottage cheese

6 inch Turkey sandwich on flat bread w/ lettuce, green peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, black olives, light mayo, salt and pepper

Sour Cream and onion Pringles!!! GAh!! I don't even know how many...not a lot but still!! My parents came home from Florida and we were visiting so I cheated...and get this..I had 1/2 of a Coca Cola. :( I haven't had soda in months! 

I also only drank two full 24 oz. cups of water all day. :( 

Anyway. No big deal. lol. I was not able to do a workout though so that kinda sucks. :( Doing one tonight for sure since I've taken two days off! Take care!
