6 Week Weigh In and Before/After Pics!

Today is the day! 


2 weeks ago when I took pictures I was disappointed. I didn't see much change in my body from my 2-4 week pictures. But today is a different story. In order to not bombard you with pictures I'm only going to show the before and today's pictures. Its nice to see the process, though, so let me know if you'd rather I post all of them again.

I am SO happy with my results. At my last weigh in I was really excited because I had gone from 150 lbs. to 139 lbs. in a week. It was my first week dieting and I had really worked my butt off. I seriously thought something was wrong with my scale. But after weighing and re weighing myself it was still the same. I've read  that can happen when you have a drastic change in diet. But now, today, I weighed myself and I'm at 148 lbs. It makes me wonder if there really was something wrong with my scale. LOL. I have no idea. I'm stumped. When I weighed myself this morning I was a little discouraged, but after taking the pics and seeing the huge difference I don't even care! What matters is that I'm losing inches and gaining muscle tone. I'm actually losing those pockets of cellulite under my butt!!!! I'm definitely going to keep going and I hope you will follow me on this amazing journey. Thank you all for your support. Talk to you tomorrow!

    Also I wanted to point at your picture on the side! sorry to be sneaky but the after pic doesnt show any cellulite like the before! be proud of yourself!

    I also wanted to ask you. Have you ever tried Jillian's 30 day shred?

    1. Thank you! No problem pointing out the cellulite. LOL. I am always aware of it and I was sooo excited to see that it is disappearing! When the sunlight is shining on it just so you can still see some dimples. Haha! I'm very happy with the back too. There is still some cellulite but it is getting less noticeable and hopefully I'll be able to work it off. :)

      I did not try the 30 day shred but I did try the Ripped in 30 by Jillian. I quit during the second week. I just got tired of the same routine. I wasn't happy with quitting but I just wasn't looking forward to the work outs. I was so happy when I found Zuzana again after BodyRock. I just love that I can write down the exercises and work out wherever I want to. And I find Zuzana so much more motivating. Thank you again for the comment! :)

  2. Hi! I just wanted to say congratulations! your results are amazing!! I think that your weight when you started your diet was really good for your high; so now you've probably lost a lot of fat at the same time that you have gained muscle. That's why you are going back to your weight. You may want to meassure your fat percentage. I use this webpage http://www.comserpro.com/calculograsacorporal.php It's in Spanish though. But it's really simple to use. If you need help tell me! =)

    1. Hi there! I just realized I never saw this comment! Thank you so much! I'm so glad I take pictures because it keeps me from being discouraged with my weight when I can actually see some pretty big changes! I've looked at what is considered normal for my weight and height and my high was not considered overweight, but I definitely needed some toning. So, I really appreciate your comment and I will check out that page!
