Beating My Personal Best ZWOW #13

Hello again! And a special hi to my new viewers! :) I posted a comment on Zuzkalight's latest workout on You Tube expressing how excited I was for the new site because of all the hate comments on her videos. I got a bunch of "thumbs ups" and two people commented and checked out my blog. Pretty cool! 


Anyway, I did ZWOW #13 last night and beat my personal best by a landslide! Especially on my Bunny Hops!! The workout was a Tabata workout where basically you do an exercise for 20 seconds and have a rest for 10 seconds then do 20 seconds again and so on until you do 8 whole sets. This workout consisted of 4 Tabata exercises. I actually beat Zuzana on some exercises and on others I came really close to her number. That is so exciting! I'm definitely getting stronger. The only thing I modified was my Leg Raises. I bent my knees to do them rather than keeping my legs straight.

You really should try this workout. Its actually kind of fun! LOL. My legs are SO sore today and her new workout of the week is heavy on the legs. Gah! I'm not going to be able to walk tomorrow! LOL. It was a chilly day yesterday but I still made it outside to workout. I love doing these outside!

    Zwow #13 was indeed a fun workout! It's neat to see your scores and pictures!

  2. I love the Leg Balance Burn exercise, I really feel like its lifting my butt, since she posted ZWOW 13 Ive been doing them at the end of every workout, I really want to raise my butt.

    I gots a question, you know when you do a burpee and you jump your feet back in after the push up, my feet always end up in a v, is that bad for me? Ive tried my best to get them parallel.

    1. I really like it too. And its fun! That's a good idea to do it after every workout. Sometimes when I'm not doing anything I grab a 20 lb. weight and do side bends. LOL. Every little bit helps.

      As far as the burpee, hmm, I'm not sure if that's bad or not. If your form is right with the push up I can't see it being a bad thing as long as it isn't painful when your feet land. Maybe try doing the push up with your legs further apart, or vice versa. I hope that helps. I'm certainly not an expert! LOL! Good luck!
