ZWOW #12

10 Pistol Squats
20 Low Jacks
10 Dynamite Burpees
20 Low Jacks


See how many rounds you can do in 10 minutes. 


I did 3 full rounds. I waned to do more, but the most difficult part for me were the Dynamite Burpees! The push up part was fine. It was the fact that my thighs were burning so bad! Gah! It was hard. I did ok at the pistols but I can't get as low as Zuzana. She is insane when it comes to pistol squats! lol! Here are some picks of today's workout!
