So I weighed in this morning. I'm still at 149. Same as last week. :( Haven't lost a pound. I've been working my butt off! So, needless to say, I'm a little discouraged. I guess I just need to work even better on my diet. I'm definitely working out enough, so diet must be the problem. Therefore; my goal this week is to really concentrate on what I put in my mouth. In fact, to help me with that I am going to write in a food journal and post in on here for the world to see. If that doesn't motivate me, I don't know what will.
Whether I lost weight or not, I definitely feel like I'm getting more muscle so I went ahead with pictures! And, guess what?! I found the before pictures...on the web actually. LOL. So I re-saved them. Without further ado, here they are!

Again, flatter belly! Love handles have gotten
smaller! You can tell when you look at the
definition where my back ends and my butt
starts! Also,where my butt ends and my leg starts!
Yay! (Not as much cellulite on this leg. I don't get
that. lol)

Love handles and waste are smaller...butt is still yucky. Not seeing much of a
difference there. Maybe its the angle but I like the before picture better. Haha!
So there you have it! I'm ok with no weight loss after seeing the pics! I'm definitely shrinking in areas I want to shrink! :) I know muscle weighs more than fat, yada, yada. But I still want to lose that weight!
Start weight: 150lbs.
Goal weight: 134 lbs.
Today's weight: 149 lbs.
