Here is what I ate yesterday:

1 Bowl of Total cereal w/skim milk
1 cup coffee w/organic vanilla soy milk
11:30
1 Bowl Progresso chicken noodle soup
1/2 Turkey sandwich on wheat w/light mayo, tomato and lettuce
1 Serving of Reduced Fat Wheat Thins
12:30
1 Cup of spiced herbal tea
2:00
1 1/2 Cups of lowfat cottage cheese
15 Blackberries
3:00
1 Cup of spiced herbal tea
5:00
1 Pear
5:45
1 Egg sandwich: 3 eggs, wheat bread, tomato and green peppers
2 servings of mixed veggies: zuchinni, squash, red peppers, egg plant and mushrooms
1 Banana
6:50
Fiber One Bar
I also managed to drink four 24 oz. cups of water.
For some reason, I felt really hungry today. I feel like I overate at Dinner time. Although, it was the veggies I pigged out on so I guess its ok.. Anyway, today is a new day.
I also did not work out last night. I gave myself the night off. :) I will workout hard tonight though. :)
