Hey everyone! I had an amazing day today! I hope you all did too! No time to work out but yesterday I did ZWOW #34 and it was killer!

Beg For It To End
This workout consisted of
20 Squat Hops
20 Bent Over Rows
20 Walking Lunges
20 Plank Pulls
3 Rounds for time.
I used 8 lb. weights for the first 3 exercises and a 25 lb. weight for the Plank Pulls. I managed to finish 3 rounds in 14 minutes and 9 seconds!
