I have a house full of kids coming today so I'm getting this blog entry in before they all start showing up! :) I'm back to writing in my journal so I will share that with you. I was hellbent on doing a ZWOW last night but we had severe thunderstorms so I stayed inside. Grrr...Tonight! I HAVE to do one tonight. I've gained a couple of pounds and just feel yuck in general. The only way to change that is to get moving again!
I noticed awhile back, and forgot to share with you, that Zuzkalight liked a picture on my instagram! If you don't follow me you should! :) pbmommypl is my username! It was a total fangirl moment! haha!
Anyway, here is my food journal for yesterday:

1 Bowl of Quaker Cinnamon spice oatmeal
1 Cup of coffee w/light soymilk and 1 Splenda

1/2 Cup of Low fat cottage cheese
4 Strawberries

Turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread with sweet/spicy mustard and lettuce
1 Serving of Special K Multi-grain crackers (24 crackers)
Fresh, raw green beans (from my garden!)
Baby carrots
1 Pear

1 Cup of Cinnamon Stick tea
1 Fiber One bar

1 Serving of Special K Multi-grain crackers (24 Crackers)

Rainbow noodles w/ Sweet italian turkey sausage, red peppers, onions and Zuchinni.
Tossed w/ light olive oil, oregano and salt.
1/2 Cup of applesauce

1 Cup of Cinnamon Stick tea
I also drank 3 full 24 oz. cups of water throughout the day!
